Cetis now undertakes projects and research for a number of clients and partners. Cetis is based at the University of Bolton.

About Phil

My main interests are supporting the use of learning technology in Further and Higher Education, particularly through supporting the dissemination and selection of appropriate resources. My main areas of work are standards and services for resource discovery, open educational resources and the evaluation of computer based resources for engineering and physical science education. I work about 4 days per week for CETIS, the rest of my time being split between work for the various small projects JISC and HE Academy projects.
