Relationship Management

JISC CETIS is currently running the RMSAS (Relationship Management Support, Analysis and Synthesis) Project, to support the JISC funded BCE CRM (Business Community Engagement Customer Relationship Management) Process Improvement Pilots and SLRM (Student Lifecycle Relationship Management) Pilots, which are exploring how educational institutions develop their relationship management processes.
