Horizon Scan

In this section we will gather together a selection of more or less formal attempts to look out to the horizon and beyond. This will include ad-hoc blogging as new things appear but will also span to more or less structured and more or less robust attempts, by CETIS and by others, to make sense of what is coming. We will consider both technology change but also change in the contextual factors that make such technological changes relevant.
